Night Photography Field Workshops
'' Simply the best all-round astrophotography workshop you can participate in.'' customer review
The Troms area is one of Norway's most dramatic landscapes right within the Arctic circle. It is spectacular during the day and at night, it turns into aurora paradise. Its location right in the middle of the auroral zone offers the best viewing opportunities one can imagine, even when the activity is low. Away from Tromsø, the little light pollution allows you to see many other celestial phenomena like the milky way, meteor showers, comets, galaxies and much more.
We offer a six-hour guided photography outdoor workshop for all levels. Adrien will guide you to spectacular locations around the area to give you the best night time shooting opportunities. From there you will learn the where to point your camera, the best angles, how to capture the best of your subjects and much more. Adrien will also focus on aurora chasing and how to best predict / photograph the lights. We accept any group with a minimum of 2 people.
NB: Our field workshops DO NOT include transportation. Customers must meet Adrien on location in their own means of transportation. (Please read terms and conditions below)

We had a great evening and managed to take some beautiful photos thanks to his guidance. He had chosen a wonderful location near Tromso, not the first we had planned because he was able to adapt at the last moment to changeable weather.I hope to be able to come back another year to redo a field workshop with him.'' ''We had the chance to meet Adrien and we took an „aurora photo workshop“ to learn how to take pics with our 10yrs old cams. We both were newbies in manual photography and he gave us in very simple steps the right keys to success in the night when lady aurora showed up.
We are so proud, that we were able to catch some good shots by each one of ourselves! We’ll be back and take some more photoworkshops with island excursions next winter! Thank you Adrien, we appreciated your patience with us and your support to learn so easily the aurora photography!''Best regards from Switzerland, Sasha & Veronica, March 2021 💚💚💚💚💚 (5/5)
